Our Workshop Complex
Inter Ocean Group operates dedicated specialist workshops under one roof at Dubai Maritime City — Workshop 108 & 155 — providing a single, efficient location for all aspects of marine engineering and repair.
Our flagship machine shop at Workshop 108 is a 35,000 sq. ft. facility housing our full fleet of CNC lathes, milling machines, grinders, and precision equipment. The workshop is organised into dedicated zones for shaft work, general machining, and small component reconditioning, with overhead cranes throughout for safe component handling.
Workshop 155 is our dedicated steel fabrication and welding facility, fully equipped with plasma cutting tables, plate rollers, pipe bending machines, and a comprehensive welding fleet. Structural sections, pipe spools, and new fabrications are produced here for delivery directly to docked vessels.
Our dedicated electrical workshop is equipped with motor rewinding machines, oven and impregnation plant, high-voltage test rigs, and panel fabrication tools. All motor rewinds, transformer overhauls, and control panel work is carried out here by certified marine electricians.
A specialist precision workshop dedicated to the reconditioning and calibration of marine governors, high-pressure fuel injection pumps, and all types of fuel injectors. Work is performed on specialised test rigs calibrated to OEM specifications, ensuring injection timing and fuel delivery characteristics are restored to factory standards.
Dedicated to disassembly, inspection, reconditioning, and pressure-testing of all marine pump types and valve configurations. The workshop has a full pressure-testing facility capable of testing to all relevant class society and manufacturer specifications.
